Sigma Solve Inc.’s team consists of designers, web developers, business development managers, mobile app developers, the human resource department, and a digital marketing team. All employees communicate with each other via phone, emails, and Skype for easy coordination. This helps them maintain a quality work-life balance as well.
As soon as the PM of India announced the lockdown in the country after witnessing a spike in Coronavirus cases, we declared a work from home policy for all of our employees. Most of the countries have announced a lockdown to avoid the spread of the Coronavirus. We understand that it is a tough time for everyone, and we’re going to get through this together.
